Weddings of Desire

We have been very close friends for over 6 years now after meeting at work in Sydney.

Weddings have always been a topic of conversation during this time and of course all we’d talk about before our own big days.

After both of us tying the knot we still had a passion for keeping up to date on what was going on in the wedding world.

When Laura had a baby and a little more time on her hands, finding anything beautiful to do with weddings became her pastime and decided to share it with everyone creating Weddings of Desire.

Not a week will go by where we haven’t bounced an abundance of creative ideas off each other. We figured out that running this would work best and to its full potential with Laura working her magic on the front end with the blogging and Melissa behind the scenes putting thoughts into motion and making sure it all runs smoothly.

We want brides to come to Weddings of Desire to find inspiration for their wedding day and to ask for help if they need it from inspiration boards, colour themes, product sourcing, ceremony & reception design to industry contacts.

We will strive to showcase wedding industry greats whether small, big, local or from afar that will be sure to somehow feature in your scrapbook and make your dream day come true.
